At Old Row, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the label is clearly visible and all old shipping marks are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
